Who we are

Friday Creative ("we", "us") is a marketing and creative agency based in Sydney, NSW, working with businesses across Australia. This policy explains how we handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

When you book a discovery call or contact us, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, business name, website, location, the service you are interested in, an optional budget range and any notes you add.

When you visit the website, we may also collect technical information such as the pages you view, how you arrived (for example, the campaign or ad you clicked) and general device and browser information. This is collected through cookies and similar tools.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to you, arrange and prepare for your discovery call, send you a proposal, deliver any work you engage us for, and understand which of our marketing is working. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers who help us run the business, such as our website host, booking and calendar tools, email, analytics and advertising platforms, and the specialists we bring onto a client project. They may only use it to provide their services to us.

Some of these providers store data outside Australia. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to make sure your information is handled in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies to understand how people use the website and to measure our advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, although some measurement will not.

Marketing emails

If we send you marketing emails, every email includes a way to unsubscribe, and we will stop when you ask.

How we protect it

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we delete or de-identify it when we no longer need it.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or raise a privacy concern, by emailing hello@fridaycreative.au. We will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
