Brand identity

Brand identity: One look, everywhere you show up.

Brand identity design that gives your business a complete visual system: logo, colours, type, imagery and the guidelines to use them.

Overview

A brand identity is everything that makes your business recognisable before anyone reads your name: your logo, colour palette, typography, imagery, graphic elements and the way they come together. Friday Creative designs complete identity systems that work across your website, social, ads, packaging and print. We start with strategy, design a system with room to grow, and give you guidelines and templates so it stays consistent, whoever is using it.

The problem

Does everything you put out look slightly different?

When there's no system, every flyer, post and web page gets designed from scratch. Colours drift, fonts multiply and your brand starts to look like several different businesses. A clear identity makes everything faster to create and easier to recognise.

Strategy before style

A brand identity has a job to do: attract the right customers, set you apart from competitors and suit the way you price. We start by agreeing who you are, who you're for and how you want to be seen. Every design choice traces back to that, which makes decisions easier and feedback more useful.

An identity built to be used

Because we also design websites and run ads and social, we plan your identity for the places it will actually live. Ad formats, social templates and web components are part of the system from the start, so your brand goes straight to work.

FAQ

Brand identity FAQs

Can't see yours? Email hello@fridaycreative.au.

What's the difference between a logo and a brand identity?

A logo is one element. A brand identity is the full visual system around it: colours, typography, imagery, graphic elements and the rules for using them.

Do I need brand guidelines?

If more than one person creates anything for your business, yes. Guidelines keep your brand consistent and save time on every new piece.

Can you work with my existing logo?

Yes. If your logo still works, we can build a fuller identity around it.

What will I receive at the end?

Your logo suite, colour and type specifications, brand guidelines, templates and the source files, as set out in your proposal.
